Birthday Parties in Pandemic

I felt bad when we couldn't celebrate my nephews birthday outside in April 2020. He had just finished writing his 10th class exam. Whole of his year went pretty intense and we were looking forward for celebration, an outstation trip. Everything was put off due to pandemic. 

Then came May, few more celebrations couldn't happen. June, then August, September....here we are at last calendar month of 2020. Pretty much everyone missed their birthday parties, anniversaries, or any other big life event celebrations. Some people even had to delay, put off their weddings. How difficult that would be! 

In a weird way, it does not feel bad as much now that it happened with everyone else in the world. 

Stay strong people. We will get through this. We will celebrate. Together.
