This blog is a collection of my life stories, experiences, thoughts, dreams, questions. I started this in 2007. I am a leader, entrepreneur, learner, coach, and consultant. Mumbai Native, now live in USA. I read and write a lot. I like to read about different perspectives of life, thinking, creativity, businesses, self development, travel stories, humor, Comics, cozy mysteries. Local Global
I have lived at many places since my childhood, I consider myself local global. Though I have spent most of my time in Mumbai, India. It is also the city where I was born. For last 3.5 years I have been shuttling between India and USA. This changed in July 2020 when I moved to USA. This will be my home for some time now.
Life so far
Life so far has been pretty kind and rewarding towards me. My early days like schooling, we have moved around a lot due to my dad's transfers. My education till 10th grade is complete in total of 6 schools. I think this is one of the reason I am amazingly comfortable with changes. I like to create changes and also drive them. After 10th grade, there was a good stability till I completed my Engineering and then MBA both majored in Information Systems.
Technology and users of technology, have shaped most of professional career. I have over ~13 years of experience in Building products, delivering new technologies and changing the way businesses are run. I write, read, tweet, cook, practice meditation, participate in panel discussions, cohorts and mentor young adults. You can read more about it here or here. After enriching corporate career, I am now on the path of entrepreneurship with Thrivearc. I get excited by meeting new people, possibility of learning something new, creating something useful and inspiring someone to become more.
I am always in search for next challenge and a learning opportunity, I am a restless millennial. I am passionate about the conversations, listening to peoples stories. I connect with people who are genuine, make me laugh, make me change my mind, are open to exchange ideas. I am passionate about pulling people up. I mentor young adults like people who are undergraduate, graduates or making early career choices. I have been mentoring since I was doing my Engineering. My family always used line up someone in the circle to guide them through 10th or 12th class exams. Or which company to join, whether to opt for a particular learning course or not?
I am a full time Mom to the best kid in the world. And my best life lessons often come from being a mom, like backing my people and their dreams. Everyone can aspire & achieve for anything they believe in.

I like entertainment which is light. Like comedy, action or good mystery. I don't like entertainment based on real life events, tragedies etc.
I am a foodie, I like to try famous dishes, restaurants, food-streets whenever I visit new city. I can travel to a place just to try cuisine.
I walk away from pretense, prejudice, judgements and negativity.
